- This aid may not exceed a period of three months, and may only be renewed in the event of absolute necessity.
- The assistance provided by Agir ensemble pour les droits humains is not limited to financial assistance only: the effectiveness of the Emergency Fund is based on intervention mechanisms developed on a case-by-case basis and regular monitoring of threats.
- Family members can be supported in exceptional cases.
